dc.description.abstractLas ficciones de zombis han venido mostrándose especialmente prolíficas en los últimos tiempos. Por ello queremos ver cómo se representa a la ligura del científico y del docente en una de las ficciones de zombis más populares, el cómic The Walking Dead. Para ello, nos detendremos con cierto detenimiento den la figura de Eugene para entender qué implicaciones nacen de sus acciones en la trama del cómic. Analizando con vocación hermenéutica dichas acciones, llegaremos a interpretar capa tras capa de signficado para así poder tener una idea clara de cómo se representan a los científicos (y la ciencia) y los docentes en The Walking Deadpt_PT
dc.description.abstractZombie fiction has become specially prolific lately. That is the reason why we intend to see how the character of the scientist and teacher is portrayed in one of the most popular zombie fictions, the comic The Walking Dead. In doing so, we will analyse in depth the character of Eugene in order to understand the implications that arise from his actions throughout the plot of the comic. Following a hermeneutic analysis of these actions, we shall interpret different layers of meaning to have a clear idea about how scientists (and science) and teachers are represented in The Walking Deadpt_PT
