Resumo(s)
The landscape of the sport industry has been changing quickly in the past years. The changes led
to the need of human resources capacity building according to the needs and wants of potential
customers/consumers that the industry is catering. Also, it should be aligned with sport´s mission
and vision of each region and country. Such goals are only able to be achieved by having highly
qualified human resources as collaborators at different sports organisations and levels (from
grassroots and “sports for all” to elite and professional sports).
