Comportamento e atitudes dos consumidores de azeite em Portugal

| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho pretende compreender o comportamento dos consumidores portugueses de azeite. Para tal, foi realizado um estudo transversal com base numa amostra de 1203 indivíduos. Os resultados ilustram o hábito enraizado de consumir azeite e a predominância de circuitos curtos de comercialização e dos mercados de proximidade, com a preferência pela compra diretamente ao produtor/lagar. Os fatores mais valorizados na compra/consumo de azeite foram o benefício para a saúde, o sabor e aroma, o respeito pelo ambiente, o valor nutricional e a região de origem. | pt_PT |
