| dc.description.abstract | O Tráfico de Seres Humanos diz respeito ao aliciamento através de mentiras e falsas promessas, seguido do recrutamento e transporte para fins de exploração (laboral, sexual, mendicidade, entre outras). Este crime é bastante recorrente a nível mundial e está associado diretamente à pobreza, à ambição, às desigualdades sociais e à precariedade. A pergunta de investigação que está na base deste estudo é “Quais são as perceções dos técnicos que acompanham mulheres e meninas vítimas de Tráfico de Seres Humanos quanto aos desafios e estratégias no processo de intervenção?” e, os objetivos delineados a partir desta pretendem: (i) conhecer as experiências dos técnicos, (ii) identificar os principais obstáculos no acompanhamento às vítimas e (iii) compreender as estratégias utilizadas na resposta a mulheres e meninas vítimas deste crime. A metodologia usada para concretizar os propósitos desta investigação foi a abordagem de cariz qualitativo, especificamente o Estudo Descritivo, realizado a partir de 6 entrevistas semiestruturadas dirigidas a técnicos/profissionais que trabalham com mulheres e meninas vítimas de Tráfico de Seres Humanos. Após a realização das entrevistas os resultados obtidos foram de encontro aos objetivos anteriormente definidos e denotou-se que as principais limitações sentidas pelos técnicos que trabalham com vítimas de Tráfico de Seres Humanos se prendem com obstáculos estruturais e os desafios mais ressaltados foram a precariedade laboral ou insegurança quanto à continuidade dos projetos nos quais trabalham. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Trafficking human beings refers to the enticement through lies and false promises, followed by recruitment and transportation for the purposes of exploitation (labor, sexual, begging, among others). This crime is very common worldwide and is directly associated with poverty, ambition, social inequalities and precariousness. The research question at the basis of this study is “What are the perceptions of the technicians who accompany women and girls who are victims of human trafficking regarding the challenges and strategies in the intervention process?” and the objectives outlined on this basis are: (i) to learn about the experiences of the technicians, (ii) to identify the main obstacles in accompanying the victims and (iii) to understand the strategies used in the response to women and girls who are victims of this crime. The methodology used to achieve the goals of this research was a qualitative approach, specifically a descriptive study, based on six semi-structured interviews with technicians/professionals who work with women and girls who are victims of human trafficking. After carrying out the interviews, the results obtained were in line with the objectives previously defined and showed that the main limitations felt by the technicians who work with victims of Human Trafficking are related to structural obstacles and the challenges most highlighted were job insecurity or insecurity as to the continuity of the projects in which they work. | eng |
