Abstract(s)

By analyzing the respondents' responses, the results were interpreted, which allowed us to conclude and affirm that happiness at work positively influences productivity. In short, it is hoped that this study can contribute to reflection on the topic and to the growth of this line of research, encouraging managers to provide and examine the results that happiness at work brings, both for employees and organizations, so they must walk together in building an organizational happiness project.
