O empreendedorismo tem vindo a ser uma palavra cada vez mais ouvida ao longo das décadas, estetêm sido tema de muitos países onde cada vez mais mostra-se interesse pelo tema. A indústria têxtilsem dúvida é uma das maiores indústrias do mundo, mostrando grandes oportunidades de negócio.Como tal, este estudo tem como objetivo a estruturação de uma ideia de negócio voltada para aabertura de uma loja que tem como conceito base a criação de estrutura de negócio, onde é feita avenda de roupas customizadas provenientes dos desperdícios têxteis causados pelas fábricas. ACreative Fashion baseia-se nos valores da personalização, exclusividade, sustentabilidade ecustomização.Com isto, o presente trabalho consiste na elaboração de um plano de negócios comvista à implementação de uma empresa, neste setor. Após um enquadramento teórico sobre o referidosetor, estruturou-se um plano de negócios no sentido de analisar a viabilidade económico-financeirada empresa. Os objetivos do estudo passarão por descrever o negócio, os seus produtos e serviços;analisar o mercado; descrever a estratégia de marketing e de comercialização da empresa; analisar aviabilidade económico-financeira do negócio no setor têxtil português. A metodologia utilizada para ocaso de estudo consistiu na utilização de ferramentas metodológicas que são utilizadas no âmbito daelaboração de um plano negócios. Para testar a viabilidade económico-financeira do negócio, foiutilizado o modelo de negócios disponibilizado pelo IAPMEI. Sendo este um projeto viável, e umaempresa rentável e sustentável, a Creative Fashion prevê um crescimento ao longo dos anos de 2024a 2029.
Entrepreneurship has become an increasingly popular buzzword over the decades, and it has been thesubject of many countries where more and more interest is being shown in the subject. The textileindustry is undoubtedly one of the largest industries in the world, offering excellent businessopportunities. As such, this study aims to structure a business idea aimed at opening a shop with thebasic concept of creating a business structure to sell customised clothes made from textile wastecaused by factories. The Creative Fashion brand is based on personalisation, exclusivity, sustainabilityand customisation. With this in mind, this work of drawing up a business plan for a company in thissector. After a theoretical framework on this sector, a business plan was drawn up to analyse thecompany's economic and financial viability. The study's objectives will be to describe the business, itsproducts and services, analyse the market, describe the company's marketing and sales strategy, andanalyse a business's economic and financial viability in the company in the textile sector. Themethodology used for the case study consisted of the methodological tools used when drawing up abusiness plan. The business model provided by IAPMEI was used to test the economic and financialviability of the business. As this is a viable project and a profitable and sustainable company, CreativeFashion expects to grow from 2024 to 2029.
