Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho, narra uma experiência de Ensino/Aprendizagem operacionalizada num processo de inclusão sócio escolar. Esteve envolvida, neste projeto, uma turma enquadrada no Plano Integrado de Educação e Formação (PIEF). Realizou-se no âmbito da Prática do Ensino Supervisionado (PES), do Curso de Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Musical no Ensino Básico, ministrado pela Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Bragança. Face à especificidade do referido Programa Integrado de Educação e Formação (PIEF) e, após a caracterização da turma em questão, recorreu-se a ferramentas transversais à Educação Musical, nomeadamente, Os Modelos Ecológico e Bioecológico do Desenvolvimento Humano de Bronfenbrenner, a Liderança Transformacional, a Liderança de Equipas e o Coaching, para, inicialmente, gerar Mudança atitudinal e comportamental, individual e coletiva, no intuito de se efetivar, nos alunos, um alinhamento atitudinal e comportamental essencial para, criar mudança numa dinâmica geradora de Resiliência Percebida, Autoconfiança e Confiança Recíproca, conferindo-lhes adaptabilidade adequada aos contextos normativos e pedagógicos, possibilitadores de aprendizagem proativa e objetiva e conducentes à Inclusão Sócio Escolar.
This work presents a Teaching/Learning experience within an inclusive socio-academic process. This project involved the participation of a class within the Education and Training Integrated Plan [Plano Integrado de Educação e Formação (PIEF)]. It took place within the scope of the Practice of Supervised Teaching [Prática do Ensino Supervisionado (PES)] of the Masters Course in Music Education in Primary Education, taught by the Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Bragança. Due to the specificity of the said Education and Training Integrated Plan [Plano Integrado de Educação e Formação (PIEF)] and after characterization of the class in question, tools transversal to Music Education were engaged, namely Ecological and Biological Human Development Models of Bronfenbrenner, Transformational Leadership, Team Leadership and Coaching, to initially bring about attitude and behavior changes, both individual and collective, aiming to achieve an attitude and behavior alignment essential to create change within a dynamic generating Perceived Resilience, Self-confidence and Mutual Trust, giving them adaptability that is adequate for normative and pedagogical contexts, enabling objective and proactive learning to facilitate Socio-Academic Inclusion.
