Abstract(s)
O empreendedorismo tem sido o campo no qual verdadeiros criativos têm aproveitado as suas
capacidades para desenvolver empreendimentos importantes, que respondam às necessidades dos
mercados. Ideias que muitas vezes são simples podem contribuir para a criação de organizações e de
projetos que por vezes ganham uma relevância a nível local, nacional ou mesmo internacional. Aquele
que entra no campo do empreendedorismo aceita correr riscos e viver num mundo de incertezas e que
sabe que nem sempre as coisas correm bem, sendo que o medo é uma emoção presente, mas que não
tem um poder imobilizador, seguindo junto com os passos do seu protagonista. Há vários motivos para
que uma pessoa adote o empreendedorismo como estilo de vida. Muitos fazem-no por paixão com
aquilo que decidiram desenvolver, outros por necessidade e entre outros motivos, seja lá qual for a
verdadeira razão, certo é que o empreendedorismo tem uma importância crucial no desenvolvimento
das sociedades e das nações, é através das empresas que as nações arrecadam impostos com
percentagens importantes no Produto Interno Bruto dos países, as empresas contratam colaboradores,
empregando assim as pessoas o que acaba por auxiliar no combate ao desemprego. Estes são alguns
dos muitos exemplos que poderiam ter sido citados ao demonstrar a importância e o papel que o
empreendedorismo tem nos dias de hoje. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho é desenvolver um plano de
negócios sustentável, mas também um plano onde o crescimento económico seja também refletido nos
lucros da empresa. Os resultados deste trabalho mostram que este plano de negócios tem capacidades
para avançar, sendo que já demonstrou ter viabilidade tanto económico-financeira, como também social
e ambiental.

Often, simple ideas can contribute to the creation of organizations and projects that gain local, national, or even international relevance. Those who enter the field of entrepreneurship are willing to take risks and live in a world of uncertainties, knowing that things don't always go smoothly. Fear is a present emotion but not paralyzing, accompanying the entrepreneur's footsteps. There are several reasons why individuals adopt entrepreneurship as a way of life. Some do it out of passion for what they have chosen to pursue, others out of necessity, and there are various other motivations. Regardless of the reason, entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in the development of societies and nations. It is through companies that nations significantly generate tax revenue, with a substantial share of the countries' gross domestic product. Furthermore, companies hire employees, thus aiding in combating unemployment. These are just a few examples that highlight the importance of entrepreneurship in today's world. The objective of this work is to develop a sustainable business plan that seeks economic prosperity along with profitability. All the information presented here has been carefully researched, with reliable bibliographic references. The results of this work demonstrate that this business plan has the capacity to progress, as it has shown viability in financial, economic, social, and environmental aspects. With projects of this nature, one learns that creating a business requires teamwork and the adoption of legal and sustainable procedures.
