Projeto Laços: promoção de saúde mental com a terapia comunitária integrativa – relato de experiência

| dc.description.abstract | A Terapia Comunitária Integrativa (TCI) é um instrumento terapêutico brasileiro que se constitui como um espaço de convivência sociocultural, no qual as pessoas podem ouvir e falar, acolher e compartilhar problemas geradores de sofrimento quotidiano. Em articulação com a Associação dos estudantes brasileiros de uma instituição de ensino superior do norte de Portugal, foi desenvolvido o projeto Laços que decorreu entre outubro e dezembro de 2018. O presente estudo tem como objetivo descrever esse Projeto, que visou oferecer sessões de TCI para os estudantes. As rodas de terapia tiveram uma adesão relativa de estudantes, todavia, em todas elas houve pelo menos um participante novo. Os encontros foram realizados uma vez na semana, no período noturno. Os sentimentos partilhados, na sua maioria, advinham do quotidiano académico ou eram provocados pelo mesmo. Considera-se que a TCI, por meio do desenvolvimento do projeto Laços foi, na perspetiva dos estudantes, um efetivo instrumento de cuidado e promoção da saúde mental. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The Integrative Community Therapy (ICT) is a Brazilian therapeutic instrument that is constituted as a space of sociocultural coexistence, in which people can listen and talk, receive and share problems that generate daily suffering. In conjunction with the Brazilian Students Association of a higher education institution in northern Portugal, it was developed Laços project between October and December 2018. Meetings occurred once a week, in the evening. This paper describes the Laços project, which aimed to offer ICT meetings to students. The therapy wheels had a relative enrollment of students, however in all of them there was at least one new participant. Most of the shared feelings came from, or were caused by academic daily life. From students’ point of view, ICT, by the development of the Laços Project, is considered to be an effective instrument of care and promotion of mental health. | pt_PT |
