Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação tem como objetivo analisar a importância da Associação Empresarial do Distrito de Bragança (NERBA), no desenvolvimento e crescimento económico das empresas da região mediante os projetos que esta desenvolve, suportado com recurso a financiamento comunitário. A instituição conta com diversos projetos em áreas distintas. A metodologia utilizada consiste num estudo de caso, com caráter eminentemente descritivo, com recurso a análise documental, recorrendo-se também ao método de entrevista, instrumento de recolha de dados de base qualitativa. Esta investigação, foi feita com o objetivo de aprofundar os conhecimentos sobre os projetos que a instituição desenvolve, concretamente, passando por analisar um projeto específico (Inova PME) que contou com a participação de 20 empresas (micro e pequena dimensão) da região de Bragança, e as medidas que foram implementadas nas mesmas. Foram analisadas as IES das empresas participantes, de forma a possibilitar a elaboração de uma análise económica com o objetivo de perceber se existiu uma evolução nas mesmas mediante a participação neste projeto de formação-ação. Foi também realizada uma entrevista a três das partes intervenientes (um empresário de uma das empresas, ao consultor e à entidade promotora NERBA) de modo, a ter uma perceção das partes intervenientes sobre o impacto do programa desenvolvido. Por fim, foi possível fazer um balanço económico de 16 empresas participantes, verificando-se na grande maioria a presença de resultados satisfatórios, com a criação global de 46 postos de trabalho no período analisado. Juntamente com as entrevistas realizadas às partes intervenientes, foi possível constatar que o projeto INOVA PME foi um programa de desenvolvimento empresarial importante, evidenciando através da sua implementação, a relevância do NERBA para a dinamização económica e técnica na região de Bragança.
This dissertation aims to analyze the importance of the Associação Empresarial do Distrito de Bragança (NERBA), in the development and economic growth of companies in the region through the projects it develops, supported by community financing. In which, the institution has several projects and in different areas. The methodology used consists of a case study, with an eminently descriptive character, using documentation analysis and, to complement this analysis, the interview method was used, a qualitative data collection instrument. This investigation was carried out with the aim of deepening knowledge about the projects that the institution develops, and about the companies existing in the region, through analyzing a specific project (Inova PME) which involved the participation of 20 companies (micro and small size) of the Bragança region, and the measures that were implemented there. Finally, the HEIs made available by the institution of the participating companies were analyzed in order to prepare an economic analysis with the aim of understanding whether there was an evolution in them through participation in this training-action project, in which an interview was carried out with three intervening parties (a businessman from one of the companies, the consultant and the promoting entity NERBA) in order to have a reality about these intervening parties about the impact of the program developed for each of the parties. Finally, it was possible to take stock of 16 participating companies, the vast majority managed to demonstrate satisfactory results and around 46 jobs were created in the period analyzed. Together with the interviews carried out with the parties involved, it was possible to verify that the INOVA PME project is was a very important business development program, which makes NERBA a relevant association for economic and technical dynamization in the Bragança region.
