Abstract(s)
A medida que a sociedade tecnológica exige uma maior exploração dos recursos
naturais, a relação do homem com a natureza tornou-se cada vez mais complexo. Esse
relacionamento é tão íntimo e profundo que reflecte em todas as dimensões da experiência
humana. É a missão de todos nós procurar soluções para uma relação mais harmoniosa
entre o homem e o ambiente de forma alcançarmos um desenvolvimento equilibrado e
sustentado.
Nos últimos tempos, pode-se observar um fenómeno preocupante da degradação
dos diferentes ecossistemas terrestres e aquáticos. Perante esta situação a Educação
Ambiental contribui para uma nova consciência ecológica e de uma nova postura ética do
homem perante a natureza e perante o próprio homem.
O presente trabalho surge na necessidade de sensibilizar os trabalhadores,
responsáveis da cervejeira Rosema e não só para as problemáticas ambientais,
procurando conhecer os tipos de contaminação ambiental existe na cervejeira Rosema.
Para tal avaliou-se os conhecimentos, as atitudes e comportamento dos trabalhadores e
responsáveis da cervejeira Rosema com respeito à conservação e protecção do ambiente.
A amostra foi 15 trabalhadores de todos os sectores e foram seleccionadas de forma
aleatória, fizeram também parte das amostras 3 directores.
Recorreu-se a dois instrumentos para a recolha de dados, neste caso o questionário
para aferir os conhecimentos dos trabalhadores e entrevista para recolher informações dos
directores.
Verificou-se que os trabalhadores têm conhecimentos e interesses na conservação
do ambiente e os directores estão motivados em tudo fazer para que a empresa seja amiga
do ambiente. Constatou-se também que a empresa não causa danos significativos ao
ambiente.
As the technological society requires greater exploitation of natural resources, man's relationship with nature has become increasingly complex. This relationship is so intimate and profound reflecting on all dimensions of human experience. It is the mission of all of us seek solutions to a more harmonious relationship between man and the environment so achieving a balanced and sustainable development. In recent times, one can observe a worrying phenomenon of degradation of different terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. In this situation the Environmental Education contributes to a new ecological awareness and a new ethical posture of man to nature and to the man himself. This work arises the need to sensitize workers, responsible for brewing Rosema and not only for environmental issues, has seeking to know the types of environmental contamination existed in the brewing Rosema. To this end we assessed the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of workers and leaders of brewing Rosema with respect to conservation and environmental protection. The sample was 15 workers in all sectors and were selected at random, were also part of the samples 3 directors.We used two instruments to collect data, in this case the questionnaire to assess the knowledge of employees and interview to collect information from directors. It was found that employees have knowledge and interest in environmental conservation and directors are motivated to do everything to the company to be environmentally friendly. It was also found that the company did not cause significant damage to the environment.
