| dc.description.abstract | Nos últimos anos, devido a condições económicas adversas, tem-se verificado um crescimento do desemprego registado em Portugal. O crescimento do número de desempregados registados nos serviços nacionais de emprego em Portugal é, não só, uma realidade nacional mas, também, um problema que tem afectado, de diferente forma, as regiões que compõem o território continental. Adicionalmente, têm-se verificado alterações ao nível das características que definem o perfil do desempregado em cada uma das NUTII em que se divide a economia. De forma a analisar a evolução do desemprego registado, combinando a realidade nacional com as características estruturais e regionais associadas ao fenómeno, adopta-se a metodologia shift-share. A divisão da variação do desemprego registado, entre 2004 e 2009, nas componentes nacional, estrutural e regional permite concluir que se em algumas das regiões nacionais o fenómeno do desemprego acompanha a tendência nacional, noutras esse fenómeno tem evoluído por motivos intrinsecamente regionais ou estruturais. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | In recent years the registered unemployment has been growing in Portugal due to especially adverse economical conditions. The growth rates observed for the number of registered unemployed individuals in the Portuguese economy are not only a national phenomenon but also a problem that affects Portuguese regions in different ways. Additionally it is also possible to observe changes in the features that characterize the profile of a registered unemployed individual in each one of the NUTII Portuguese regions. The combine analysis of the evolution of unemployment at a national, regional and structural level is here done throughout a shift-share analysis. Splitting up the variations observed in regional register unemployment between 2004 and 2009 in a national, a structural and a regional component allows to conclude that some Portuguese regions follow the national unemployment growth tendency but others present a regional and/or structural specificity unemployment pattern. | por |
