| dc.description.abstract | The effectiveness of the functioning of the real estate market depends on the level of development of the management structure of enterprises. It is necessary to create an information and analytical base that meets the requirements and wishes of the client. This product should have functions that simplify the process of searching and selling real estate, and also have a positive effect in the activities of the real estate agency. [B 15] We created an information system of the real estate agency, which is aimed at satisfying the needs of the client and increasing the comfort when using the product. The first step was to conduct an analytical study of the real estate agency "Galleon", the main organizational charts were reflected, the agency's activities were described in detail. Next, it was necessary to make demands on the future information system. On UML - Diagrams, the functions and processes of the future program were described in detail, the roles of the main actors were characterized. All the diagrams were built in the program "IBM Rational Rose". The next step was the development and construction of a mathematical model for calculating the cost of the apartment. At this stage, we used the package for regression analysis included in the MS Office Excel. The final stage was the development of the main product - the information system of the real estate agency. The program was created using Visual Studio 2017, on the ASP.NET platform. The C # programming language was used. The information system database was implemented usign markup language – XML. | pt_PT |
