Abstract(s)
Atualmente, a internet revela-se como um meio escolhido para o transporte de dados em
grande escala. No ambiente empresarial também é utilizada com a finalidade de se estar
ligado com o cliente, estudar a concorrência, investigar o fornecimento de novos produtos
com base no que se espera do futuro, estar ligado num sistema via cloud, entre outros.
Mas, todos estes elementos geram um grande volume de dados. Com o aumento
exponencial desse volume de dados, que passam por uma empresa, existe a necessidade
da utilização de sistemas e tecnologias de informação para, não só para facilitar a sua
gestão e organização, mas também para aumentar a sua produtividade e eficiência. É neste
momento que um dos tipos de sistemas utilizados são os ERP, que integram todos os
dados e processos de uma organização num único sistema. Um dos sistemas ERP mais
utilizados é o sistema SAP.
O presente relatório tem como objetivo apresentar o que foi realizado e as
competências adquiridas durante a realização de um estágio, no âmbito do Mestrado em
Sistemas de Informação do Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, numa empresa que trabalha
com o sistema SAP: a ROFF.
Este estágio teve como objetivo a aprendizagem de um novo sistema e de uma
nova linguagem para posterior trabalho para clientes nacionais e internacionais.
Para todo este percurso foi utilizado o sistema SAP ERP e a sua linguagem:
ABAP. Foram igualmente trabalhados, entre outros aspetos, as bases, os fundamentos e
as ferramentas da linguagem ABAP.
Neste relatório serão apresentados o percurso e a informação necessária para se
entender a ligação do estágio com o atual percurso académico.
Nowadays, the internet reveals itself as a way for data transport on a large scale. In the business environment it is also used, in order to be connected with the customer, study the competition, investigate the supply of new products based on what is expected of the future, to be connected in a system via cloud, among others. But all these elements generate a great amount of data. With the exponential increase of this volume of data passing through a company, there is a need for the use of information systems and technologies not only to facilitate its management and organization, but also to increase its productivity and efficiency. It is, at this moment, that one of the types of the most used systems are ERP systems, since they integrate all the data and processes of an organization into a single system. One of the most used ERP systems is the SAP system. This report aims to present what was accomplished and skills acquired during an internship, in the scope of the Master’s Degree in information systems of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, in a company that works with the SAP system: ROFF. This internship was aimed at learning a new system and a new language, for later work for national and international clients. For this entire course, it was used the SAP ERP system and its language: ABAP. Among others, its basis, fundamentals and tools were also worked. In this report it wil be presented the course and information necessary to understand the link between the internship and the current academic course.
