Abstract(s)
A consciencialização para a importância do rio Fervença e do seu ecossistema levou-nos a desenvolver,
no âmbito do Clube Europeu e inserida na temática das alterações climáticas, uma atividade de educação
ambiental e de monitorização a um ponto do rio, tendo como referência o Projeto Rios. Este projeto de
educação ambiental visa contribuir para a implementação de soluções sustentadas para os problemas dos
ecossistemas fluviais através da tomada de consciência ambiental e da participação voluntária e ativa dos
cidadãos. Neste sentido, apresenta-se o relato de uma experiência/visita/aula de campo realizada com
esse propósito, em novembro de 2019.
The awareness towards the importance of the Fervença river and its ecosystem drove us to develop an activity within the framework of the European Club and within the climate change agenda. This activity of environmental reeducation and monitoring of a specific point of the river, used the Project "Rivers'' as reference. This project of environmental education can contribute to implementing sustainable solutions to the problems in the river's ecosystems, through self-awareness of environment policies and active participation of citizens. We therefore present the report of an experience or a field trip conducted in November 2019.
