| dc.description.abstract | L'Espagne est le second pays producteur de chèvres de l’Union Européenne avec 21 % du recensement total, après la Grèce qui en possede 48.7 % (Delfa, 2004). Cependant il n'existe dans notre pays aucun label ou indicateur de la qualité pour la carcasse et la viande caprine. Au Portugal. par exemple avec une moindre production (27,8% de l’effectif et 13,9 % de la production espagnole) il y a cinq Indications Géographiques Protégées. | por |
