Silva, Levi Leonido; Cardoso, Mário; Quixadá, Sefisa; Viana, Rebeca; Morgado, ElsaA subjetividade da escolha relaciona-se intrinsecamente com a intenção e o resultado esperado desta junção de linguagens artísticas que, a serem bem conseguidas, são complementares e até mesmo unas no seu todo e produto mas que, a não acontecer, pode redundar na simples destruição / destituição de dois universos comunicacionais e artísticos que se podem separar perfazendo a diminuição da perceção da intencionalidade de qualquer escolha musical, quer no complexo plano da criação (banda sonora original) quer no plano da simples adaptação musical. As regras, quando deliberadamente quebradas pela via de uma intencionalidade artística associada podem resultar em algo de magnifico mas que deverão prevalecer, apenas e só, quando o individuo que decide tecnicamente sobre esta matéria (independentemente da sua função) saiba, minimamente, a matriz e as regras de uma escolha como acrescento de algo ao objeto artístico que se quer comum. Mesmo assim, tudo é plausível e justificável se sustentado por uma intencionalidade artística e objetiva que provoque (ou tente) uma sensação, uma emoção ou transmitir algo inesperado, improvável ou até mesmo adverso e distinto em termos de linguagem artística das partes (e / ou entre partes). Mas tudo o que cada espetador, independentemente da sua literacia ou conhecimento artístico, possa sentir, percecionar ou imaginar podem, como seria espectável, dividir opiniões e por em causa (nem que no estrito universo da critica teatral ou musical formal) as escolhas ou, até mesmo, aplaudir de pé, uma escolha ou uma obra dirigida a um momento em particular. A subjetividade na escolha e na aceitação do objeto ou momento artístico interdisciplinar reina neste reino maravilhoso da arte em que pode ser possível juntar num universo tudo, o que dois universos podem constituir, dizer, expressar, ou simplesmente transmitir
- Oficinas de viver: desenvolvimento do potencial criativo: um estudo artístico no ensino superiorPublication . Viana, Rebeca; Bezerra, Sefisa; Morgado, Elsa; Silva, Levi Leonido; Cardoso, MárioThe research of creativity in the educational context has been mostly carried out with teachers and students in elementary/secondary teaching, and there is a lack of research in higher education. This observation, together with the need for a deeper understanding of the most exciting characteristics of the human being, represents the purpose of this empirical work, developed by students of the Vale do Acaraú State University (Sobral, Ceará, Brazil) Of Living - Development of Creative Potential. A qualitative, collaborative, participatory and multidirectional methodological strategy was defined, involving a total number of participants (n = 30) divided into two groups: the first group (G1) is formed by students = 12) of the Institutional Program of Scientific Initiation (PIIC) / UVA; The second group (G2) consists of university students (n = 18), belonging to any course or year. Data collection instruments include participant observation, questionnaire, field diary and group exercise. For the lex-ographic/multivariate analysis and treatment was used IRAMUTEQ (Interface of Multidimensional Analyzes of Textes et de Questionnaires), and the words were grouped graphically according to their frequency in the text used. From the analysis and cross-checking of the data, the following indicators were produced: (1) dominance of the terms creation, innovation, solutions of problems and transformation as fundamental elements of the concept of creativity; (2) failure to understand creativity as a human potential that can be developed and influenced by the environment. The exchange and discussion of creative experiences/experiences assumes, on the one hand, a fundamental role in the construction of a broad vision of the concept of creativity among the university population, and on the other, it is a vehicle of innovation in the field of research, teaching and extension the community.
- A (re)construção do perfil profissional do administrador contemporâneoPublication . Bezerra, Sefisa; Silva, Levi Leonido; Morgado, Elsa; Cardoso, Mário; Viana, RebecaThe present study intends to test the application of renewed learning practices through the use of interdisciplinary methods that can contemplate behavioral, emotional and specific aspects (intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligences) in the process of professional development among undergraduate students in Administration (n=478) from the University of the Acaraú Valley (Brazil). Based on the assumption that the introduction of renewed learning practices enables the introduction/reinforcement of knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes that, in line with the expectations of the organizations and the aspirations of society, can translate into a more humanized contemporary management, a research paradigm has been defined that assumes two paths that integrate mixed methods in the collection and analysis of data: (1) a quantitative nature in order to assess the impact of the use of active learning practices; (2) a qualitative nature in order to understand the opinions of the course format, its development, use and learning. As such, the data were collected through the application of the Multiple Intelligences Inventory for Adults (MIIA), an instrument created by Armstrong and adapted from the Howard Gardner Multiple Intelligence Test. Regarding the treatment and analysis of the collected data, statistical procedures of a descriptive and inferential nature were favored through the statistical software SPSS. The results obtained reinforce the need to (re) think systematization and didactic procedures that are able to dynamize the learning in the context of the classroom and the development of the different dimensions / competences necessary and fundamental to the construction of the identity / profile of the professional of the administration / contemporary management.
