- Motivational factors: why students choose kauno kolegija as a mobility destinationPublication . Lage, Nuno Filipe Moreira; Tchasse, Wilfred L.; Cunha, Carlos R.This document covers the questions for students that participated in a mobility program, that are short-term students and full time students from different countries. With the central question being why mobility students choose Kauno Kolegija. It is the main goal tofind out their opinion about the school starting with the question, what was their motivation to study in Kauno Kolegija. 53 students participated in the survey, being the majority of them Erasmus students. The data was obtained by a survey that took the form of an online questionnaire. This survey includes answers from EU and Non-EU students and it is based in a quantitative survey, which is after studied using graphical analysis program SPSS. The major objective of this research is to help Kauno Kolegija with the best information and results to provide the responsible people enough material to improve and increase the incoming students flow into the school from mobility studies and internships. Since the Erasmus program started the flow of students has been going up and down, having students from Turkey as 40% of the income, Kauno Kolegija will benefit with the results by understanding why East Europe and nearby countries has more incoming students than West Europe and be able to fight this unbalance.

Lage, Nuno Filipe Moreira; Cunha, Carlos R.; Tchasse, WilfredThis document pretends to expose in a direct and simple way, all the elaborated work by the author during his internship, being that one of the objectives of the internship is to expand the knowledge acquired during classes and being able to practise in a professional environment teaching methodologies and investigation. During the internship there was a promotion made about Portugal and Lithuania, through a blog, promoting the Erasmus experience. All steps were taken so that the author was a full time teacher of “Tourism services and infrastructures” class, giving a total of 4 hours a week of lecture. During the same period there was studies made among the students, for a presentation to the coordination of the school and all teachers, so that the targeted audience would be aware of problems found and opinions that these exchange students had. There were also classes given as a guest teacher to other students. A scientific article was elaborated about the motivational factors that motivate students to choose Kauno Kolegija and Lithuania as their destination of studies. These objectives were previously defined before for the approval of the internship.
