Dessa forma, um dos seus pontos de atuação é na redução dos tempos em que as máquinas ficam paradas. Para isso, o sistema é auxiliado pela metodologia SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die), a qual promove a otimização e padronização dos procedimentos de change over. O trabalho desenvolvido inicia-se com a explicação dos princípios do Lean Manufacturing. Na sequência é feito o enquadramento do tema dentro da Mautomotive Portugal Unipessoal LDA. Segue-se com a abordagem do cenário atual, identificação das oportunidades de melhoria e apontamento das propostas de solução. Durante o desenvolvimento, é relatado todo o processo de implementação. Ao final, tem-se o foco voltado aos resultados obtidos, sendo esses os primeiros passos concluídos rumo à Manufatura Enxuta na Mautomotive. São feitas as considerações finais, as quais indicam as próximas etapas, para que se garanta uma melhoria contínua do processo.The Lean Manufacturing is a productive system that aims to efficiently use the resources of the organization, such as raw materials, labor and machinery. In this way, one of its points of action is in reducing the times in which the machines are stopped. For this, the system is aided by SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) methodology, which promotes the optimization and standardization of the changeover procedures. The work developed begins with an explanation of the principles of Lean Manufacturing. In the sequence, is done the framework of the theme within Mautomotive Portugal Unipessoal LDA. It follows with the approach of the current scenario, identifying opportunities for improvement and pointing out the solution proposals. During development, the entire implementation process is reported. At the end, the focus is on the results obtained, these being the first steps completed towards Lean Manufacturing in Mautomotive.
