ISSN 1645-4774. 4:1.1645-4774http://hdl.handle.net/10198/7724El presente artículo enfatiza en la necesidad de tender hacia una ciudadanía o población más activa y comprometida con los retos de su localidad, a través del logro de una cohesión social y territorial que genere un espíritu de participación colectiva y cooperación permanente, atravesada por una dinámica capacitación ciudadana que permita optimizar los esfuerzos de gestión y cumplimiento de objetivos de bien comunitario en distintos ámbitos del quehacer. Nos referimos a una búsqueda de sentirnos parte de una localidad que genere legitimidad y confianza desde quienes habitan el territorio. Para ello se plantea la necesidad de resignificar los procesos sociales y sus imaginarios urbanos, en el intento por encontrar el tono adecuado para una planificación estratégica territorial tendiente a representar los requerimientos de quienes viven en el lugar. This article emphasizes the necessity to move towards a more active society or population and committed to their local challenges, through the achievement of social and territorial cohesion to generate a spirit of collective participation and ongoing cooperation, crossed by a dynamics civic training efforts for optimizing the management and accomplishment of community property in various fields of endeavor. We refer to a search of feeling part of a locality that generates legitimacy and trust from those who inhabit the territory.
