Neste sentido, descrevemos o posicionamento paradigmático desta metodologia e procuramos a sua sistematização, descrevendo as suas características, tipologia, recolha e análise da informação e, finalmente, o papel do investigador. This paper describes the case study as a research strategy. The understanding of this method as an emerging approach may be considered useful by researchers wanting to study and innovate in the field of education.
