The study also described both leadership qualities and performance in service sector of good leadership qualities. The leadership theories, behaviours and performance of leadership were discussed in the beginning of the study. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods are used in the study. In this research, it is intended to analyse the perceptions of the employees on CEO’s Dangote Group leadership style and the contribution for their performance. To achieve this goal, a survey questionnaire was sent to the employees of Nigerian Subsidiary. There will be also an interview with the Dangote group Organization’s CEO, Mr. Aliko Dangote. The questionnaire will be sent to 100 top employees, and a 65% rate of respondents are expected. The research hypothesis to be tested is that there is impact of leadership style and employee’s development and performance.
