Isso decorre do facto de esta problemática ter-se instalado de forma muito agressiva na vida dos alunos, pais e professores, tornando urgente a necessidade de controlo. Note-se que o bullying pode ocorrer em qualquer lugar e a qualquer hora, manifestando-se de diversas formas, desde violência física, verbal e psicológica até ao cyberbullying, através do computador e das redes sociais. Com base nesta problemática, considera-se importante estudar o bullying no contexto do ensino básico, uma vez que é fundamental colaborar no estudo e prevenção deste tema, especialmente em idades mais jovens. Este artigo expõe e analisa os resultados da investigação sobre a implementação de um MOOC (Curso Online Aberto e Massivo) e de uma Ação de Curta Duração (ACD), destinados à formação de docentes sobre a temática do bullying. O estudo envolve a participação de 51 professores, divididos por sessões via Zoom, onde foram avaliadas a assimilação de conteúdos, a organização do curso e a relevância do MOOC. O artigo divide-se em três secções: conhecimento prévio, conhecimento adquirido e avaliação do funcionamento da ACD. Os resultados mostram a importância de iniciativas como esta para o desenvolvimento profissional de professores, em particular no combate ao bullying nas escolas.Bullying is increasingly becoming an important topic of study in the lives of children and young people, especially in recent years. This stems from the fact that this problem has taken a very aggressive hold in the lives of students, parents and teachers, making the need for control urgent. It should be noted that bullying can occur anywhere and at any time, manifesting itself in a variety of ways, from physical, verbal and psychological violence to cyberbullying, via the computer and social networks. Based on this problem, it is considered important to study bullying in the context of primary education, since it is fundamental to collaborate in the study and prevention of this issue, especially at a younger age. This article presents and analyzes the results of research into the implementation of a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) and a Short Course Action (SDA), aimed at training teachers on the subject of bullying. The study involved the participation of 51 teachers, divided into sessions via Zoom, where the assimilation of content, the organization of the course and the relevance of the MOOC were evaluated. The article is divided into three sections: prior knowledge, acquired knowledge and evaluation of the functioning of the DCA.
