Neste trabalho abordaremos um desses malefícios: o bullying. Estudar o fenómeno do bullying, e em particular do cyberbullying, é crucial face à sua relevância e complexidade, pelo que se considera importante investigar medidas e incentivos, projetos e iniciativas, e outros contributos para a sensibilização e educação para a mitigação deste problema social. Por conseguinte, metodologicamente, este trabalho correspondeu a uma revisão sistemática da literatura de artigos científicos, dissertações e teses armazenadas nas principais bases bibliométricas com vista a responder de forma clara à seguinte questão de investigação: que medidas têm vindo a ser utilizadas nos últimos 5 anos para reduzir a prática do bullying e do cyberbullying? Entre outros, os resultados sugerem a carência de formação específica para as comunidades educativas e apontam para a necessidade do controlo da família no uso das redes sociais pelas crianças e adolescentes.Society offers us a world of benefits and many others harms. In this work we will address one of these harms: bullying. Studying the phenomenon of bullying, and in particular cyberbullying, is crucial given its relevance and complexity, which is why it is important to investigate measures and incentives, projects and initiatives, and other contributions to raise awareness and education to mitigate this social problem. Therefore, methodologically, this work corresponded to a systematic review of the literature of scientific articles, dissertations and theses stored in the main bibliometric databases in order to clearly answer the following research question: what measures have been taken be used in the last 5 years to reduce the practice of bullying and cyberbullying?
