Este estudo surge de uma proposta de estágio profissional na empresa Gliese – Work
Solutions, Lda, sediada em Leça da Palmeira, com o intuito de criar o Departamento de
Ambiente e desenvolver esta área de negócio na empresa.
O presente relatório de tese representa parte do trabalho efetuado em período de estágio
numa das empresas do grupo Infos, a Gliese – Work Solutions, Lda. O trabalho
desenvolvido na empresa consistiu em trabalho interno e externo, tendo o presente
relatório, incidido essencialmente sobre o trabalho interno. Como empresa prestadora de
serviços na gestão ambiental, o trabalho interno desenvolvido foi ao nível da implementação
de um sistema de gestão ambiental e incidiu no cálculo da pegada de carbono da mesma.
O trabalho consistiu então na elaboração da fase de planeamento de um sistema de gestão
ambiental, segundo a norma ISO 14001, aplicada ao grupo Infos. Procurou-se responder
essencialmente aos requisitos 4.2, 4.3 e 4,5 da referida norma. O trabalho foi iniciado com
o estabelecimento da politica ambiental da empresa e, posteriormente, procedeu-se a
identificação das atividades/setores da empresa, bem como as entradas e saídas associadas
às mesmas e ainda a identificação dos aspetos ambientais associados a cada atividade.
Ainda nos requisitos, identificaram-se os requisitos legais aplicáveis ao grupo Infos e foram
identificadas as obrigações decorrentes dos requisitos legais.
Ainda que as medidas propostas, não tenham sido implementadas, verificou-se que podem
existir ganhos na economia de recursos como o consumo de água ou de eletricidade.
O trabalho realizado no âmbito desta dissertação contemplou ainda o cálculo das emissões
geradas anualmente pela laboração do grupo Infos, através da ferramenta de avaliação - a
pegada de carbono, estimando-se as árvores necessárias à neutralização das toneladas de
carbono gerado.
This study arises from a proposal for a professional internship in the company Gliese - Work Solutions Ltd, based in Leça da Palmeira, in order to create the Department of Environment and develop this area of business in the company. This thesis report is part of the work done in the intership period in the company Gliese - Work Solutions Ltd, belonging to the group Infos. The work carried out in the company consisted of internal and external work, and this report focused mainly on internal work. As a service provider company in environmental management area, the work was at the level of implementation of an environmental management system and focused on the calculation of the carbon footprint of the same. The work then consisted in the preparation of the planning phase of an environmental management system according to the ISO 14001 standard , applied to the Infos group. Essentially sought to respond to requirements 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5 of this standard. The work was initiated with the establishment of the environmental policy of the company and then proceeded to identify the activities / sectors of the company as well as the inputs and outputs associated to the same and also the identification of environmental aspects associated with each activity. Still on the requirements identified in accordance with statutory requirements for the Infos group and the obligations of the legal requirements were identified . Although the proposed measures have not been implemented it was found that there may be gains in resource saving as consumption of water or electricity. The work done in this dissertation also included the calculation of emissions generated annually by the laboring Infos group through the assessment tool - the carbon footprint , estimating the trees was necessary neutralization of tons of carbon generated.
