Abstract(s)
O presente estudo enquadra-se na área da prestação de cuidados especializados em
enfermagem de reabilitação. O desempenho actual dos profissionais deve acompanhar as exigências
da sociedade, evolução da tecnologia, conhecimento científico e a necessidade de uma prática
baseada na evidência com demonstração de resultados, o que obriga a repensar as formas de
actuação. Os enfermeiros especialistas em enfermagem de reabilitação devem colocar em prática
uma dinâmica de exercício voltado para os conhecimentos especializados adquiridos, criando
ferramentas que permitam um desempenho estruturado dos cuidados, a promoção da sua
continuidade, a sua avaliação e a produção de conhecimento científico baseado para melhor servir
todo o indivíduo que destes cuidados necessite.
O estudo decorreu no serviço de medicina da Unidade Hospitalar de Macedo de Cavaleiros
da Unidade Local de Saúde Nordeste, com uma amostra de 67 utentes internados neste serviço.
Assim, inseridos no processo de enfermagem, foram criados planos de reabilitação para os focos de
atenção: Consciência e Cognição; Edema; Equilíbrio Corporal; Mobilidade; Movimento Corporal e
Respiração, e em cada um deles mecanismos de monitorização, entre eles, escalas, a fim de medir a
evolução do estado do utente medindo a evolução da condição de cada foco de atenção.
Estas ferramentas terão o nome de planos de reabilitação padrão que integrados, no processo
de enfermagem e adoptando a linguagem CIPE (Classificação Internacional para a Prática de
Enfermagem), estão organizados por foco de atenção, em que, para cada um deles, são incorporadas
as intervenções de enfermagem de reabilitação compreendidas como as necessárias para o seu
tratamento/recuperação ou manutenção. Servem estes planos para o registo diário das práticas
realizadas, com transcrição para suporte informático SAPE (Sistema de apoio à pratica de
enfermagem) legalmente implementado, no local de recolha dos dados.
Os resultados obtidos são reflexo da condição do individuo atendido e da estratégia de
reabilitação implementada, monitorizados através de escalas largamente utilizadas na instituição,
permitindo concluir que é possível monitorizar cuidados de enfermagem de reabilitação,
demonstrando a eficácia das intervenções e que se deverá alargar a outros focos de atenção que
permitam intervenções diferenciadas de reabilitação.
This study fits in the provision of specialist care in rehabilitation nursing. The current performance of the professionals should follow the demands of society, evolution of technology, scientific knowledge and the need for evidence-based practice with the income statement, which requires rethinking the forms of action. The nurse specialists in rehabilitation nursing should implement a dynamic exercise facing the expertise gained by creating tools that allow a performance of structured care, promoting continuity, their evaluation and the production of scientific knowledge based to better serve Anyone who needsuchcare. The study took place in the service of medicine, Hospital of Macedo de Cavaleiros Northeast Local Health Unit, with a sample of 67 users admitted to this service. Thus, embedded in the nursing process, plans have been created for the rehabilitation focus of attention: Consciousness and Cognition; Edema, Body Balance, Mobility, Body Movement and Breathing, and each monitoring mechanisms, including, scales, to measure the evolution of the wearer measuring the evolution of the position of each focus. These tools will have the name of rehabilitation plans that standard integrated in the nursing process and adopting the language ICNP (International Classification for Nursing Practice), are organized by focus of attention, in which, for each of them, are incorporated into the nursing interventions rehabilitation understood as necessary for your treatment / recovery or maintenance. Serve these plans for recording daily practices performed with computerized transcription SAPE (System to support nursing practice) legally implemented, on-site data collection. The results are a reflection of the condition of the individual and attended a rehabilitation strategy implemented, monitored through scales widely used in the institution, allowing to conclude that it is possible to monitor nursing care rehabilitation, demonstrating the effectiveness of interventions and which should be extended to other foci of attention enabling differentiated rehabilitation interventions.
