Este artigo faz uma breve revisão da literatura acerca do estudo do paradigma
de eficácia organizacional cujo espírito gravita em torno do processo interno.
No paradigma económico de eficácia podem incluir-se três grandes contributos,
designadamente, da teoria da gestão científica do trabalho de Taylor, da teoria
clássica desenvolvida por Fayol e da teoria da burocracia de Weber.
This article is about the economic paradigm of effectiveness whose main theme regards the internal process. In this paradigm of organizational effectiveness three major contributions can be included, namely, the Taylor’s theory of the scientific administration, the classical theory developed by Fayol and, finally, the Weber’s bureaucracy theory. Furthermore, the stability and control are the ends; the information management and communication are the means; and the organizational culture seats in the hierarchy.
