Neste artigo aborda-se o paradigma de eficácia cujo tema central é o poder. A
metáfora política subjacente a este paradigma de eficácia justifica-se pelo facto
de, frequentemente, a racionalidade estar ausente e o conflito de interesses ter
de ser resolvido com recurso ao exercício do poder. Por isso, exploram-se alguns
conceitos relacionados, nomeadamente, a coligação dominante, o poder e a satisfação
dos constituintes.
This article concerns the study of the organizational effectiveness paradigm whose central theme is power and politics. The underlying political metaphor is justified because, frequently, the rationality is absent and the interest’s conflicts are solved through the exercise of power. Therefore, some related concepts are explored, namely, the dominant coalition, the power and the stakeholders satisfaction.
