The platform ts on a set of tools developed in IPB to support teaching activities of the various organic units.
The passage of a trite method for summary registration to a electronically aided solution motivated the
development of a solution tailored having in mind the various organic units. The various parties were heard, in
order to ll as many needs as possible.
The importance of such a platform resides in the advantage of new technologies over the traditional paper
record, either by standardizing the procedures for registration or by increasing its availability.
Increasingly, everyday procedures are migrated to high availability interactive solutions, allowing users to
focus their energies on teaching. This type of platform represents a capital gain in terms of management, in
that it allows intervention in the process actively, and statistical data retrieval. The new gathered summary
registration information is crucial for new class establishments, resource allocation and scheduling.
