Abstract(s)
A dependência de energia e do desenvolvimento tecnológico da sociedade atual, faz com
que se torne necessário olhar para a eficiência energética como uma ferramenta para a
redução dos consumos energéticos.
A aplicação da Diretiva 2002/91/CE, através da criação dos decretos-lei, visou a inserção
de um conjunto de medidas que levem à introdução de forma intensa da eficiência
energética dos edifícios.
Os decretos-lei produzidos possuem diversos objetivos dos quais se destacam a
metodologia de cálculo do desempenho energético, aplicação de requisitos mínimos para
o desempenho energético de edifícios novos e existentes e a sua certificação energética.
Relativamente aos grandes edifícios de comércio e serviços as metodologias de
determinação do seu desempenho energético existentes são através do consumo efetivo
ou através da simulação dinâmica multizona. A metodologia com base na simulação
dinâmica multizona é efetuada através de um programa acreditado pela norma ASHRAE
140.
A análise energética foi efetuada com recurso ao software DesignBuilder, tendo sido
efetuado um levantamento exigente de todas as características arquitectónicas, à
ocupação e dos sistemas de iluminação e climatização no edifício em estudo. Para uma
melhor recolha de informação recorreu-se a equipamentos técnicos especializados como
o termofluxímetro e a câmara termográfica.
The dependence on energy and technological development of the current society, makes it becomes necessary to look at energy efficiency as a tool for the reduction of energy consumption. The application of Directive 2002/91/CE, through the creation of the ordinance-law, sought the insert of a group of measures to take to the introduction in intense way of the energy efficiency of the buildings. The ordinance-law produced possess several objectives of the which stand out the methodology of calculation of the energy acting, application of minimum requirements for the energy acting of new and existing buildings and his energy certification. For major buildings of trade and services, methodologies of determining its existing energy performance are through the effective consumption or through dynamic simulation multi-zone. The methodology with base in the simulation dynamic multizona is made through a program believed by the norm ASHRAE 140. Energy analysis was performed using the software DesignBuilder, having been made an exacting further lifting of all the architectural features, the occupation and the lighting and HVAC systems in the building under study. For better data collection was used specialized technical equipment, such as heat flowmeter and thermography camera.
