Abstract(s)
Objective: Identify the clinicai characteristics of consumers continuing care cliellts in the Vila
Real district, with the adequacy order to care and promoting the salisfaction of individual needs.
Melhodology: Retrospective study of transverse and quantitative melhodology. The data collection was
done through a checklist based on CCI Gestcare programo The inslnunelll consists of clinicaI features.
The harvest took place between luly and December 2014, the Unit Average Duration and Rehabilitation
(UMDR) and Drive Long Tellll and Maintenance (UlDM) of Murça, ULDM of Peso da Regua, Umdr
Sabrosa and ULDM ofRibeira de Pena. For dala analysis we used lhe SPSS 21 so ftware. The principies
of the Helsinki Declaration were respecled. Results: At inilial diagnosis, there is more than 50% of users
with diseases related to the circulalOlY system; The origin of the wearer lo lhe Continumg Care Units,
87.6% corresponds lo the coming of lhe Hospital: The output reason, mosl users (53 .2%) is high by
achieving objectives. Conclusions: Of users of lhe sample, mosl had high Ullils for achieving Ihese goals
and about half had as destination lhe home wilh informal support.
