This paper reports on one specific Portuguese university’s student teachers’ opinions, experiences, perspectives and expectations regarding Internet usage. Some differences were found between males and females and between the diverse program groups concerning opinions about the Internet and how they use it and expect to use it in the future. Some reflections are made about the effectiveness of our students’ technological preparation
